How do you ship frozen goods?
We ship our products in insulated liners with dry ice to ensure they stay frozen during transit. We recommend unpacking and placing them in your freezer immediately upon arrival.
What is the best way to cook MìLà soup dumplings?
For the perfect experience, steam our soup dumplings for 8-10 minutes. Do not thaw them before cooking; they are designed to be steamed directly from the freezer.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States to ensure our frozen products maintain their quality and safety standards during the shipping process.
Are your products nut-free?
While many of our recipes do not contain nuts, our products are processed in a facility that also handles peanuts and tree nuts. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page.
What is your return policy for food items?
